Looking for information on William Smith born Greenfields 1865 married Kate Pressland,  James Smith (william's grandfather) born 1814 Ampthill Rd Maulden married mary, tracing my tree and I have come to a standstill

Have you looked for them on the 1881 census which is free to search at www.familysearch.org and also at www.ancestry.co.uk

Please post the  FULL 1881 details and we will try and find them on the 1871 census for you
