Ghost Aunts
« on: Friday 07 April 06 17:32 BST (UK) »
Would someone like to have a try at restoring my Gt Aunts?  Many of the photos of this family are very faded but at least this one identifies who's who.

Thanks, Jane!

Hi Jane,

I thought as you have the original with the names on , you might like one with out them!!

I could have a go at putting more detail in the face but it would only be by copying and would not be the original eyes etc. - what do you think??

Cheers

Thanks Keith, they look much better without the writing, even if it is useful in identifying them.

Could maybe try a little more definition around the eyes if you feel like having a go?

Hi jadewing,

My 2 attempts:

Why I thought I should add colour to the ladies all wearing white I am not sure - perhaps I should have made them all different colours - we will never know what the actual colour was!!

Cheers

Keith

They look even prettier.  I do wonder if the dresses were really white though - I wonder how they would look in a soft cream or yellow??
