forgive my ignorance, but i am curious, i started with one star by my name then i got another one,some people have three, what is the star system, how does it work? and can you lose stars for bad behaviour. sorry i am so thick.regards nora T

you are not thick,  just curious. ;D

The stars reflect the number of messages the user has posted.  Everybody starts with one,  and can progress up to five as they post more messages.  So,  no,  we do not remove stars from naughty RootsChatters,  though it is a thought.......... ;D

The exception being the moderators who get 5,  no matter how naughty they are.  ::)
