The only Isaac Brocklehurst fitting your details of being born in Quarnford are:

1841
Isaac Brocklehurst 30 Collier
Martha                   30
Henry                       1

1851
Isaac Brocklehurst 42 Collier

This makes their ages a lot different than you indicate.

I also found a Joseph and Sarah Brocklehurst in 1841 but they are 10 years older with Joseph jnr who is about right.

but I have Isaac on the 1851 census living Kidsgrove age 28 with wife Hannah  and family
so that makes him born 1823?? but born Macclesfield
so it might not be right family I am looking for
