Was he in the famous battle with the Zulus? I was watching that today on TV! He looks very smart n his uniform. A lovely photo.

Sorry Pals......just couldn't resist it.........the Photo is of my Wife and I, taken at Beamish about ten years ago...my Family History isn't THAT exciting...I wish!!..

My brothers got one just like it and my
brother in law is a full colonel in the Confederate army.
