Anglesey Archives
« on: Monday 25 October 04 10:02 BST (UK) »
Anglesey archives at Llangefni can be reached by email on:

archives@anglesey.gov.uk

A quick search based on concrete facts is free, as is a search in the 1851 census as this is indexed.

Other non-indexed census' such as 1861 will only be searched upon payment of a fee.

This is currently (Oct 04):
10 GBP for the first half hour
15 GBP per hour after that.

However, I have to date only positive reports to make of the archives, and have not yet made use of their paid reearch service.
