What is known:
I have 1841c.
1851c
Mary Davies 53, Llanedy
Her husband Jenkin Davies 65, missing and died in 1853
Children: Rebecca (25), Anne (19)

1881c
Mary Davies 83, Llanedy, widow
Mary Walters 57 her daugher & widow
Jenkin Walters 18, grandson
(Mary Walters, nee Davies was in 1841c aged 15, then must have married before 1851 and returned to help mother run farm)

Hope you can fill in the gap between 1851 & 1881
