where is the best place to get info on bdms after 1930

Hi there

The answer is "it depends". I asssume you mean for England & Wales.

If you live by the FRC in London, or a record centre that has them on fiche or film, you can drop in in person and look at the books or microform.

If not, or if you prefer the comfort and convenience of your own home, you can go to www.1837online.com which has all BMD indexes up to 2002 online.

live miles from london but not far from our local library so i will pop in soon
i have lost my password and memorable place for 1837 on line and have been waiting for days for a new one, maybe a new email address is the answer
