o'flaherty help please

Can anyone help please with a look up in Kerry.
My grandfather Austin Romauld O'flaherty was born 1870 in Kerry,
His father was Thomas Austin O'flaherty
mother Julia Janthe Swift, [this information I got from the LDS site, no more information was given] I wrote to the Bishop of Kerry asking for permission to search the records there, over two months ago, [no reply] I need a birth certificate for Austin Romauld, and birth and marriage certificates for his parents. On Austin Romauld's marriage certificate it states that his father Thomas Austin was a doctor, if that helps. I live in England, so I don't know when I will be able to visit Ireland for a personel search. Thank you to any kind soul out there. saf
