Which Church?

Hi there,

I have copies of the Internments of Ancestors, into the Trealaw Cemetary, and on them it names the Rev...but no church, I would like to find the church that Reverend was associated with, can any one help?

Also. on the internment, there are two signatures, on of the person giving the information of the death, one of a witness.
Is the witness the person who would have worked int he record office, or someone who went along with the next of kin??

Their were three

Rev J G Watkins 1912
Rev J M Jones     1917
and finally Rev R Jones 1925.
