Austin/en lookup for 1851 and 1861 please

Hi Everyone

I have the following correct family from the 1841 census
Ann Austin b 1806 Kent parish St Mary Dover
Samuel Austin b 1801 not born in Kent
Ann Austin b1835
Margaret Austin b 1826
Samuel Austin b 1840

I have found Ann Austin 1806 in the 1871 and 1881 census. Samuel Austin appears to have died by then. I have yet to find his date of death.

Ann Austin 1835 is married and I can trace her descendent's no problems.

What I would like help with is Where The family is during 1851/1861?
Where was Samuel Austin 1801 born?

On IGI it just gives his name as Samuel Austin marriage to Ann Deal 16/4/1824
