a cut here- a clean there

Could anyone clean him up and restore him please- unfortunately he has lost a bit of himself so top half will be fine!
I do hope I manage to do this- if not will try again!

Hi Heywood,
                     I'm posting 2 coloured ones. The second one as more "sharpening".

      When printed the sharpening will not be as apparent but may give a
      slightly better print. Only you can judge.

they are so good- thankyou and you have made the hair look better so that he doesn't look perched on the edge of it!
If it is possible can you let me have one as it is now but still sepia - if that is difficult don't worry because I am really pleased with them.
Thank you all for your help - I thought I would have to end up with a head and shoulders.

                   I never touched his hair  ;D ;D ;D

        I did a Sepia one but I rarely post them. Iam not a sepia fan.
    I'll have a look at it and do another one if i don't like that particular one.
     Everybody has a different idea as to what Sepia should be.
