Help withThe Hares family of Shipham

I have just read about the life of George Hares, born Shipham 1834, married an Elizabeth Williams  and apparently emigrated to the STATES. CAN ANYONE TELL  me was he related to Jacob Haresborn Shipham circa 1826/1827.
Can anyone tell me anything about the family..

jacob hares Married my gggaunt Amelia Wilson born Banwell 1830 baptised banwell 1834
