Isn't it nice to see the actual baptism records  :)

I always think it brings a person to life.

If I spot anything else I shall let you know !

Hi Malshie

The information on James was great. Are you researching any of the other siblings at all. I can fill in the gaps for Michael if your interested. It was interested to learn that James  is in the same cemetery as his  parents and his brother Michael. Maybe the rest of the  siblings are there?

Apologies for delay in responding but have been a bit slow in getting the hang of using this forum.

I  would like to receive Michael's birth certificate that you mentioned if you don't mind.I have death certificates for William ,Margaret and Michael. Also have Michael's marriage certificate.

I mentioned earlier about Ronnie G who indicated she was a grand child of Michael. This is puzzling as all his children( including my father) came to Australia. The only thing I could think of was he may have been married  to someone before my grandmother. The  various Censes seems to indicate that he was always single until my grandmother. As RonnieG is no longer online it will probably remain a mystery

Thanks  Paul M

Hi Paul

First make sure that you click on the PLUS sign to blow up the page ~

Make sure that you are on the page that says January 4 1866 at the top

Go down 9 entries on that same page and you will see

MAHON MICH OF WILLIAM AND MARGARET FLANAGAN AT 108 JAMES ST SPN BRIDGET FOLEY FOR ELIZA BYRNE

HA

I think my very strong varifocals would disagree with you.

I did however get myself a high strength magnifying glass which helps with old records  ;D

No, I am not connected to your family.

I just help out people researching their family trees.
