Hello, My great grandmother, Alice Lowe was living at 50 Palmerston Buildings, City Garden Row, Islington in 1886. Can anyone tell me what these buildings looked like? Were they flats? I think they have gone now, I tried to find them some years ago without success. Thank you in anticipation. From Quester.
