Lost Eaglen family on 1881 census help please
« on: Wednesday 04 July 07 21:03 BST (UK) »
Hello,

I have the following family on 1891 and 1901 census. Have been scouring for hours and hours  can anyone help please.

William Eaglen  head b. 1839 Saham Toney, Norfolk
Mary Eaglen     wife   b. 1848  Sark, Channel Islands
Harry   son  b. 1873 Leeds, Yorkshire
Christina  dau. b. 1875  Micklefield, Yorkshire
Lavinia    dau.  b. 1876  Micklefield, Yorkshire
Lory (?)   dau b. 1883  Haughton Green, Denton, Manchester
Percy      son  b. 1885  Haughton Green, Denton, Manchester
Beatrice  dau  b. 1887 Haughton Green, Denton, Manchester

Also I can't find marriage of William & Mary.   Found him at age 12 living in Norfolk, but nothing until 1891.  If he married in Channel Islands would it be on UK BMD?

Thanks
Joan

Welcome to rootschat, suranne.

I do not think that Treelover/Joan still uses rootschat, and says that she has turned off email notification of posts, so appears to not be open to contact - unless someone knows differently?

I think treelover helped other people do their trees, so may not be related to the Eaglen family herself.

Sorry
