Hi Alison,
I know this is an old post but I see you that are still active on Roots Chat.
My Maternal grandfather was Robinson Featherstonhaugh b 1893 in Framwellgate, Durham.  He had a first cousin Mary Elizabeth Featherstonhaugh b 1887 in Durham
Could my grandfather be the Robinson you were looking for?  My public tree is on Ancestry.

Regards
Mike

Hi Mike, At the time I posted this message I was searching for my paternal grandparents and their families. I have since found them and many more interesting connections. My tree also includes Robinson Featherstonhaugh, so there is a connection. I will send you a PM and also take a look at your tree on ancestry.
Many thanks for responding to my original post.
