I don't know England but the Yorkshire one looks like Graveside to me.  Is there such a place?   Leagen

I would suggest Greenside which is West Yorkshire near Kirklees. 8)
Southern or Southan [Hereford , Monmouthshire & Glos], Jenkins, Meredith and Morgan [Monmouthshire and Glos.], Murrill, Damary, Damry, Ray, Lawrence [all Middx. & London], Nethway from Kenn or Yatton. Also Riley and Lyons in South Africa and Riley from St. Helena.

I would suggest that the Durham address is a poor spelling attempt at Bishopric [or Durham]. The Bishop of Durham held secular as well as ecclesiastical rights for many centuries - the two territories not necessarily being the same boundaries. It was the area of the old Northumbria that never formed part of  the Danelaw and always held a special status. I am sure that some research would show the villages included. 8)
