And I have found some marriages that I'll post in a separate message. Will have to work out what is going on.....

Either Laura Ellen married 3 times....or there was another Laura Ellen Redman or two!

Looks like mother Charlotte Duck Redman aged 67 died in 1889 in Creswick.
Father = William Duck and Mother = unknown Farrell.
Ref = 16130

and then George Redman appears to have remarried.....

Geo Redman born Sussex married in 1891 to Sophia Madder
Ref = 8708

Really? I didn't know that he remarried. He was born in 1819, so that would make him 72 ?? Maybe its the son George Henry??

Here are two more marriages for a Laura Ellen Redman.......

Laura Ellen REDMAN born SMEATON married Mat Wm MORRIS in 1898

Ah....the Laura Ellen REDMAN who was born BALLT is the daughter of George Henry Redman and grandaughter of George Redmand and Charlotte Duck......just can't see George's marriage at present......I'll keep looking.

Here's Laura Ellen's birth details.....

Laura Ellen REDMAN born in 1872 at BALL
Father = George Henry REDMAN and Mother = Mary Ann DONNOVAN
Ref =  499

So George Henry appears to have married a Donovan......    Or at least had a child with her.......

Father = Geo Redman &  Mother = Charl DUCK

I still cannot find a marriage for George Henry Redman to Mary Ann Donovan.....but they had at least 5 children that I can find.
