Sometimes you can see when houses "appear" through looking at old maps. These aren't old enough, but you might be interested in seeing the area on an oldish map:

Are there any architectural clues as to how old your house is? It may be an old dwelling which has been mproved and added to over the centuries, in which case looking for it on a map to gauge its age won't be of any use. :)
