I am looking for a newspaper report of a William Braynion who died at the age of 13 he died 1921 he  drowned.

What area of Perthshire was he living in when he died as that will determine the appropriate (possible) newspaper

Try contacting the A K Bell library in Perth. They have archived the local press reports and are usually very helpful.
McNaught, Robertson, Wighton, Duncan, Dawes, Fyffe, French, Getty, Herdman, Jelly, Gourlay, Vickers, Armstrong, Ruffell.

I called the library today and they are sending me the obituary notice of the death.
