1841 & 1861 Census John Angus or Angas

I'm looking for help with John Angus, he was born in Newcastle in1792 and married Ann Pinkney in Whitby in 1811. I have found him in the 1851 Census living in South Shields, the details are:
1851 Census 2399/218 Address Coronation Street South Shields.

John Angus      Hd   59   Iron Foundry Lab.      Newcastle NBL
Ann Angus      Wi   60               Whitby YKS
Jame Angus      Gs   16   Blacksmith         South Shields DUR
I think I found his death in 1854 in South Shields on the frebmd site but his non appearence in 186 would help to confirm that.

It's not John you're looking for, it's James! Not having found a suitable John in 1841/61, looked at the 1851 and found:

1851 Coronation St, Westoe
James Angus, Ann, & grandson James
