1901 Census look up please, Halifax

Can anyone please locate a Emma Holden, born 1892 in the Halifax district.

I think I have found Emma's mother Hannah Woods in the 1881 census..illegitimate too by look of it, but can not find her father.....do you have access to the 1891 census, for Harry Holden?

Do you mean Hannah's mother, Emma?

I have two possibles for Harry in 1891. Here is the first.

Thomas Holden, 45, wid, Stone mason, Halofax
Harry, son, 20 Boiler maker Labourer
John, son, 18, Greengrocer
Lily, dau, 16, Worsted Winder
Martha A Haggerty, 29, Housekeeper
Clara Haggerty, 7, dau

I'll post the other one and se what you think.

Actually, I think we can forget the other one. It was a Harry, son of Sarah J Holden but his surname was Bedford. So I checked marriages and Sarah J Bedford married George Holden, in 1873, when this Harry was already two years old. Therefore, not your Harry Holden, just another transcription error by Ancestry!

So it looks like the one I  posted earlier is most likely to be yours, with his widowed father, Thomas.

Thanks for that and sorry for the confusion.
I found Emma's parents Marriage in 1892, and discovered mothers maiden name was Woods.
I then tried to find Harry Holden in the 1881 census, and Hannah Woods.
Found an Anne Woods...no father, living with her unmarried mother, and sibling, unmarried aunt, and cousins!
But there was no sign on a Harry Holden in 1881..

The plotthickens....still can not locate a Harry or Harold Holden in the 1881 census....so searched siblings...no john that tied in, but lily holden, living with a Wm Thos Holden and Mother Mary in Halifax...ages match up...but no sign or Harry or Brother John...very very odd!!
