Fresh pair of eyes needed

Please could someone help me, I am trying to locate a marriage but have searched all the years i can think of and not had any luck so far.
The marriage is between an Irene Simmons (also checked under symonds and simmonds) and either a Halford, or a Collins, in the Halifax district, or possibly Pontefract.
Irene (nw deceased) was born 3rd oct 1930,. so assumer marriaged would be between 1948, right up until her youngets child was born in 1956...to a diff surname to the above!!

Please please can someone help...spent all day and a ton of money looking!

I wasn't sure from your original posting whether you also have her later marriage to J.D. in SEP Qtr 1953?
