John of Brayshop does not seem to connect to the other Strikes in the area. His father was a mason and most likely related to the South Petherwin family. I don't know much about them but they were masons too.

The 1st William was born in Stoke Climsland, then some time in the next 5 years the family moved to Lamerton where the 2nd one was born. Anything could've happened in that time, including the death of the first William

Grand, so these are Linkinhorne Strikes not South Petherwin

Any chance you have further lineage on this line?

Cheers

Ken

OK Thanks

I am trying to find if there is a link between "my" Strikes and this line going through John married Sarah to John to William to Edwin to Reginald ( born 1908)

Cheers

Ken
