Thanks for that   that's actually very odd as on several of my other maps, that pond is labelled Swan Pool.  I don't think there's a hill

The in and out of Hartsholme Lake is actually shown on your map as Prial Drain.  Of course, the waterworks were on the extreme edge of the map, where the drain meets the Witham.

Haw hill is in the second field from the bottom of Hartsholme drive, it has remnants of a roman kiln on top of it, and is roughly to the left of the "H" on your map
