Info: Handout from February's Oxfordshire FHS meeting
« on: Monday 23 March 09 07:48 GMT (UK) »
All

On 23 February 2009, Dan Allen spoke to Oxfordshire FHS on "The Evolution of the British Army".

As this subject generated quite a lot of interest both before and after the meeting, the speaker has agreed that we can freely distribute his handout.

A copy of the handout can be downloaded from our "Past Meetings" webpage at http://www.ofhs.org.uk/met.html.

Best wishes.

Unfortunately the file to which the link leads is "damaged and cannot be repaired" according to Acrobat....
One more charge and then be dumb,
When the forts of Folly fall,
May the victors when they come
Find my body near the wall.

I've just downloaded a "test" copy of it on a different computer without difficulties. I've no idea why you had such a problem. Are you perchance using a very old version of the Acrobat Reader ?
