Address help please

Opinions please on 'something' Villas

From a Birth certificate, the place of birth looks like 7 Essington Villas, but the father's address looks like 7 Opington Villas or Epington.

Although I need help reading this, I wasn't sure if I should put it on the Nottingham board, as someone there might know which is most likely

Betty I don't know wether the houses are still standing, but there is an Ossington Close off North Sherwood Street.I guess that's where they were ( it's on Google Maps)

Thank you Jaywit, that's very likely the right place.
I wasn't having much luck with Ossington Villas on Google. The street view shows a lot of new buildings so the Villas must have been pulled down.
Everywhere my Nottingham lot lived seems to have gone
