salmons in Ashford

Hi,
      Looking for more info on my Salmon ancestors.  Have found them on the 1901 census:
John           age 36       carpenter            b.Ashford
Lily             age 35                                   b.Ashford
Nellie          age 12 (my ggrandmother)   b.Canada
Francis        age 6                                    b.Ashford
George       age 83  uncle                        b.Pallbury, Bucks
Georgina    age 78  boarder                    b.London City

Know that the Salmons travelled to America/Canada, had Nellie, and returned to Ashford, but have no records.  Can't seem to get any further back - any help would be welcome!

                      Thank you so much for your prompt looking up for the Salmons!  Looks like this must be John and George, as you say, so now I can go a little further back than before.  Next stop Buckinghamshire!!

Hi there,
I have been delving into my Salmons side.  I am related straight back through to the Padbury and  W Ashford line.  My Lineage is back to  Mark Salmon(s) 1775 and Elizabeth Slade who had Martha.  Not the Martha married to George but Martha who apparently had 2 daughters by a man possibly named Marriot.

Ring any bells?
