Peregrine - Aberaeron

Morgan Davies Peregrine born 1851 married either Esther Jenkins or Margaret Davies in 1871.  His parents were Evan Peregrine and Margaret Price.  Since the marriage of Morgan I can't find any trace of him or his wife in UK records. Does anyone have any ideas on this problem.

I know this isn`t the answer you  want, but I found this, which is a bit of a coincidence with the names.
