Fisher surname

Any information about a Henry/Harry Fisher born around 1867 father Charles John, mother Julia.  He was sent to New Zealand as a remittance man.  Later after marrying my grandmother and fathering 4 children he dissappeared. It is thought he went to Canada.  On his marriage certificate his birthplace is given as Leamington, on my fathers birth certificate it just says Birmingham. Any little hint of information would be appreciated.
