I think I have a coat made by him, or a descendant/ relative of his. It is an Edwardian Cycling Jacket.
I bought it last year in a vintage shop on Falmouth High Street. The original label inside reads 'William Richards and Son, Manor House, Market Harborough.' It is in really good condition as it has only had one previous owner. I thought this information might be of interest to you. I came across your post when searching for information about the people who made it.
