Which register office do I contact for a birth registered in Tregaron in 1860?

I suspect from this it could depend on which sub-district it was in. GENUKI has a list of these for the Tregaron district

At the bottom there is a statement which is ambiguous "Registers now divided between Cardiganshire Central district." (No other area suggested though). This links through to the address & contact details for the current RO at Lampeter.

The RO in Lampeter does hold the records for the old Tregaron district
