I need some help with a few words in this 1738 attested copy of a Private Act of the English Parliament, please.

It gave permission to sell lands that were tied up by an inheritance.

no Effect Any thing in this Act to be Contrary
notwithstanding Savng to the Kings most Excellent Majesty
his heires and assignes successors and to all person and persons bodies politique and Corporate their
heires successors Executors and adms respectively other than the
persons that Do or shall ?claime? by ?Vishee? of the before
recited Indenture or under the uses and estates therein ?...iled?
all the estate ?Right? ?title? Interest use ?....? Claime and Demand
whatsoever which they either or any of them lawfully have
of may have of in ?or to? or out of the Messuages Lands
and premisses.

I agree with most of your ideas . The first missing word might be limited and the second is trust

In your first line it's "the Contrary" not "be" ...

I agree with you, arabrab and Koromo regarding the rest.
