On the IGI there is also a mention of Morris Samuel Phillips son of Samuel and Sarah baptised at Saint Mark Kennington in 1871, possibly an adult baptism. Still can't see where Natalie is or where either of the kids are in 1881. I think Alice's birth certificate might be needed so we get her mother's maiden name.

Morris' sister Caroline m. Moses/Max Jacoby in 1858 in Lambeth district. Interestingly Caroline and Max's two children, Samuel Jacob and Sarah Pauline, were baptised at Saint Mark on the same date, and so was "Wilhemina Jacoby Warburg", with parents given as "Samuel Warburg" and "Sarah Phillips" on the IGI - but presumably this is Wilhemina Phillips' adult baptism along with her brother, nephew and niece.

I see that "Gipsy Hill" is an area where the family lived - Julius' house of "Elmburg" was there and Max and Caroline are also there in the 1881 (later on both Max/Moses Jacoby and his son in law Joseph Tilley appear in the Gazette living along that street).
www.historicaldirectories.org shows that a Mrs Phillips was also along there in 1878, apparently in a house called "Rosslynn" which I can't find out anything else about.

Belated thank you to all the contributors! Some fascinating details; I was particularly interested to note that Alice's mother appears to have been called Natalie because her daughter by William Bryan was called Natalie. That would seem to tie in rather nicely.
Now am I right in thinking that she had an aunt Caroline who married Moses/Max Jacoby and another Aunt Wilhelmina who married Julius Warburg who also had the middle name Jacoby? Could Natalie have been born Natalie Jacoby? Goodness knows where the name Henry fits in!!!

Thanks to all,
Phil
