Thomas Henry Evans (Caernarfon) C 1830

I know this is an old thread, but Thomas Henry Evans was my Gt.Gt.Gt. grandfather.  I have found him on the 1841 census living in Palace Street, Llanbeblig, winemerchant, living with wife Mary, Son John aged 9, son Thomas aged 8, son Percival aged 5, son Charles aged 2 and son Frederick under 1 year.  He can be found in the 1851 census living in Birkenhead, at 1 Vernon Place.  I stumbled upon this after much searching as it had been miss transcribed as 'Evins'! The family are listed as follows:

Thomas H Evans, Wine Merchant 48 yrs
Jane  (wife) 46 yrs
John (son) 19 yrs
Percival W (son) 15 yrs
Charles H (son) 11 yrs
Frederick (son) 9 yrs
Augustus (son) 6 yrs
Jean (daughter) 5 yrs

I hope this is useful to you.

I wonder if any one has info about his brother George who kept the Sportsman hotel?  I have been unable to fine any reference to their parents.

Thank you for the information - I'm afraid it turned out I had no connection whatsoever with the gentleman (my own ancestor turned out to be a farmer turned publican in Felinheli). His birthplace appears to have been Liverpool, though his obituary mentions that he was brought up in Caernarfon.
  Frustratingly, I think I knew more about him six years ago than I do now - I didn't record anything as I realised he was not an ancestor.
