Hi canadian_girl

Rockwell Green has one cemetry - are you sure Benjamin Warren is buried there?
What do you know about him at the moment - have you found him in any Census?

My grama was a young girl when Benjamin died and they lived at Rockwell Green. Is there a number where I can call to confirm this before I sent anyone out there. I did just get off the phone confirming it with my grammy but I dont want anyone to go out there for no reason.  Possibly a Rockwell Green Cemetery main office? I will try there in the morning as the time change here and there is crazy.. Thanks!!

The cemetery is quite close so no trouble for me to visit, will wait for the snow to melt first though!  You can request a burial record from the local council but there is a charge and you might not want to do this but it would tell you the plot number.  Do you know if there is a headstone or not?  I can always take a general photo if I can't find the actual grave.  What do you think?

That would be good. My grama has just one memory of her grampa Ben and she was up at the house, he was down the drive standing in the garden calling come on kid,, what is what he always said to her, her mama was in the kitchen telling her you stay where you are, and very shortly after he died,, up on the hill. Or so the story goes.

I cant believe they charge you for that. I have called many cemetaries and they just give ya the info here,, one I called for my friend who her father died in a plane crash and they even went to the library and got a copy of the paper for me.
I may try and see if they will tell me  8) Who knows,, Is it just called the Rockwell Green Cemetery?

Thanks!!   :-*
