I note on your other post that you have an address in Sydney.  Could you tell us where this address is from?

Cheers

Yes Cheryl..that is fine.  It is always a good idea to give as much information as possible...the smallest snippet can often help.

I guess this is the birth.

9387/1904
SINNETT  Jack H
Father Henry Mother Ethel
District Sydney

Is the date and place of the parents' marriage  shown on the birth certificate?

What is Ethel's maiden name?

This is the only birth in England for a Henry SINNETT in the period  from 1871 [Henry James SINNETT at Pemroke] and 1897, which could not be him. So not a commonly occurring name.

Births Mar 1886
SINNETT    Henry  Greenwich 1d/1146

Thank you so much for your help

The info on the marriage cert is lies.
Marriage 14th May 1900 Ballarart Vic ( That would have made Henry 16.)
Mothers name was Ethel Weyman I know for a fact she was born in Penrith NSW the cert says she was born in Ballarart Vic.

I am unable to find a marriage in Victoria 1900 for an Ethel WEYMAN to Henry SINNETT in 1900.

The info on the marriage cert is lies.

I assume you are speaking about the birth certificate not the marriage certificate.

Ethel's birth
21525/1879
WEYMAN Ethel Lavinia M
Mother Eliza
District Penrith

I can see a marriage for an Ethel SINNETT in 1914 - I wonder if that is Jack's mother and is so, do you have that certificate.  I am not familiar with NSW Marriage certs but Victorian certs often give the date of death of 1st spouse.

Yes that is a marriage cert she remarried to a Horase Hyde in 1914.

No cert to a Henry Sinnett.

Forgot to add yes I have that 1914 marriage cert, it say spinster under conjugal state, yet she married as Ethel Sinnett not Wayman
