Hi again,
The Henry in the probate is the Henry I thought Emma Ford married, his brothers are mentioned as executors, however no mention of a wife. I think either I am barking up the wrong tree entirely with my orignal information on this marrige or they were estranged.
I may need to get a marrige certificate.

Why don't you have a look at Emma's probate.

The marriage could broken down after the death of there son.
