I'm struggling to read what is says on this death certificate, under 1843.

Sixteenth December
 1843
3 hrs ???
at Wedges Mills
Cannock


Appreciate any thoughts!

Looks like Western Hills ?? (found West Hill Cannock) Is it from Cannock  Could we see more? Was this a baby's death?

I am sure that avm was correct in her reading of it  :D

It took me ages before I could see it as PM, but once I did I can see it easily now ;D

He was a 19 year old man who died of consumption.

Yes , I can see that too now (with hindsight :()  The meticulousness of the entry makes it more poignant somehow....if from  a family imformant, or was it just  from  an 'institution' being precise??
