There is a marriage between Margaret Wright and a Robert Bell in Perth in 1860 Details are on the IGI site.

Yes Bruce, that is my family in Aberfoyle. Margaret Wright is such a common name like all the Wrights. Do the marriage certificates in those times give the parents names?

Yes the marriage certificates after statutory registration (1855 in Scotland) name both the bride and grooms parents.
