Can anyone read what this says.  I know it to be the ship "Cresent" I can also make out Co Darry and carpenter  wife and there...

very possible,  the guy the record is from Robert Kirkpatrick,

I never seen one as hard as this one.  I would love to go back in time and ask them all to print:)  or type hahaha

I think it says "Co Derry" (i.e. County Derry), not Darry  :)

And could the mother's maiden name be "Kidd"?

I agree with Co. Derry, Tho. Carpenter, Calling=Carpenter, and wife's family name as Kidd.

Her first name maybe...Carol

I think the ship should be named 'Crescent '   Ron
