My name is joseph robins. I was born in Antigua on XXXX and am interested in my family history. I have been in England since 1955 and have no connections with anyone in Antigua. My mother;s name was Maud Lewis (nee Mathurene)

I wondered if you were able to give me any advice that would be useful.

First bit of advice is to read posting guidelines about what's allowed (you'll notice I removed your birthdate) and hints for best ways to ask for help. If you are trying to trace your family back let us know what we can help you with but remember not to post details of living people.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
