Abraham Hunt and Frances Cakebread
« on: Friday 30 April 10 09:54 BST (UK) »
Hello

I am looking for information on an Abraham Hunt and his wife Frances Cakebread.
All I know is that Abraham was born around 1804 and Frances was born around 1806 and that they got married on 23 January 1826 at Christ Church, Greyfriars, Newgate, London.
They later had 10 children, most of whom died in infancy.

Any information about them would be greatly welcome especially who their parents or siblings were.

What information do you have???
Do you have them on census???
Was Abraham born Glenham Suffolk??
Was Frances born Harlow Essex??
There are a few Cakebreads b Harlow Essex

There is a Benjamin and a John b early 1800 -may be related -but only a guess

Do I have the correct family???

According to one member of the family Frances was from Essex and Abraham may have been from Suffolk or Cornwall.
Their children were born between 1827 and 1846 in the Middlesex area.

Hi gypsypotato

Unless the information you need is about living people, there is no need for Rootschatters to send you information on the personal message system.

If anyone does have info to share, please post it openly so that we can all see what has been found, others will then be happier to contribute and may have further things to add. Some chatters may be put off if they think it has all been done already, behind the scenes.

Please note that many people find the site using internet search engines and if the details aren't posted, you might miss out on potential links/ relatives.
