Sorry for net replying earlier, work got in the way.
Well with the info you have kindly found for me and with what I already had, I am 100% certain that the tree is correct upto Levi Batty b around 1798. With the number of Thomas Batty's around at that time it may take a while to unravel things - if I actually mange to.
Goegraphically you seem to be in the area of my research, unfortunately I am 300 miles south, so I really appreciate what you have done for me.
I do have one relative in the research area however she is very elderly and the link is by marriage and not actually bloodline.

as to whether 1/2 Thomas Batty in Asselby at same time.

Thomas batty married Susannah formerly Hanson nee Mogson widow they married 9 nov 1771 Adlingfleet. Susannah had previously been married to Thomas Hamson 1 Dec 1768 in Whitgift he died 1769 Adlingfleet.
They had a daugher Rachel Hamson born 1769 Adlingfleet

Haigh, Howden,Stafford, Welburn from Howden and Bubwith areas,
