I may have found Donald McINTYRE on National Archives as Richard Donald McINTYRE born 1883 Truro SA.   He says he's married to Elizabeth but on investigating his files, he wasn't married and Elizabeth is his mother.   He either gave false information or a mistake has been made on his marital status at the time of enlisting.  There is quite a large file on him.
He appears to have been in the Boer War and WW1.

Not sure if this will link across to National Archives, otherwise you will have to do a search for Richard McIntyre - I did find him under Donald McIntyre but Richard may work better.

Hi Deb,
Here is a son born to Donald & Mary Ethel McINTYRE
Leo Patrick McINTYRE
19.6.1920
Truro, Angaston District
59A/160

That is the only birth I can see for them in Sth Australia.

Leo is also on National Archives, enlisting in Richmond Vic , NOK - Donald McINTYRE
Record is not able to be viewed but that would be for WW2

Regards,
Sashar

Found a bit more on Richard Donald - must be your family  :)

http://www.aif.adfa.edu.au:8080/showPerson?pid=199760

You will find on the link above that Richard Donald was born Truro and went to school at Wilcannia NSW.   It says he is married but as I stated before his files on National Archives prove that he wasn't married at the time he was serving in WW1.

You now have your link between Truro SA and Wilcannia NSW.

Regards,
Sashar

Hi Deb

John and Elizabeth McINTYRE actually had another eight children at Wilcannia, four of whom died young.
http://www.bdm.nsw.gov.au/cgi-bin/IndexSearch?form=IndexingSearch&cgiurl=%2Fcgi-bin%2FIndex%2FIndexingBirth.cgi&sname=mcintyre&gname=&fname=john&mname=Elizabeth&event=births&frange=1880&trange=1909&place=Wilcannia&SessionID=23100790&x=61&y=10

Elsie Agnes Maud McINTYRE appears to have had two illegitmate children.
Rose B McINTYRE born 1907 and died 1908 at Broken Hill.
Colin certainly was not the child of John and Elizabeth. Elsie was recorded as his mother when he died at Broken Hill in 1957 aged 45y.

Hi
It would be interesting to find out when and where ELSIE AGNES MAUD became Mrs BONNEY.

Sashar has noted this as recorded on the BISA in reply #1.

I have not spotted a marriage in NSW or a death in NSW in the name.

Someone else may find it in another state.

This death  in NSW has a faint resemblance and was the closest I could find

REG. 64626 In1971    BLYTON,    ELSIE MAUDE A.  Father JOHN  mother ELIZABETH at COOMA.
