Glamorgan absent voters list

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to view the absent voters listings online?

I am not aware of any absolute listings available, but it may be worth you searching this site (inputing a place name to search):
http://www.familia.org.uk/search.html

This site usually gives you what is available for a given area, however the site does not always list where the electoral rolls are located 

I am aware that Swansea Reference Library hold electoral rolls for the Glamorgan region in certain time frames. I have a post within this board listing the years available which can be seen via this link: http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,8630.msg26956.html#msg26956
