Just had a quick look on Scotland's People and there was no death for Elizabeth McAllister in Dumfries for 1922. There are 5 others, but in Glasgow City/Lanark.

Did Elizabeth re-marry?

Stupid me. I thought it was 1922.

Found her death on Scotland's People and I can see it is Delvinside, Greenbrae. Just need to find where the house is/was.

Found Delvinside on the 1928/1929 Valuation Roll.

The address is Lockerbie Road.

It is a tad confusing. The Valuation Roll gives the house in Lockerbie Road and the Street Directory as Greenbrae.

The only thing I think it might be The houses at the top of Lockerbie Road, were Greenbrae, which is opposite Greenbrae Loaning.

I know a chap who was a postman, he may be able to shed some light on it.
