Ipswich St Clements Parish Look Up
« on: Tuesday 23 November 10 20:26 GMT (UK) »
Could somebody please looking up the following for me please both at St Clements Parish, Ipswich:

(Baptism) 30 May 1815 - Maria Bloomfield to John and Maria Bloomfield. I would like to know either the father's occupation or their abode location, not sure what will be listed.

(Marriage) March Quarter 1839 - Maria Bloomfield to William Barham (I think). Not 100% sure they will be at this church but seeing as Maria was baptised here you never know. Full details including witnesses/ages please.

Thanks in advance.
Bloomfield, Knights, Whitmore, Warner (Suffolk)
Hamlin (London, Yorkshire, Scotland, Suffolk)
Mattocks, Newick, Nutter, (Kent)
Mattocks (Staffs)

Hi Alan b,

This is not quite what you are asking for but in the Suffolk Burial Index (ex SFHS) are these two entries
which may be of some use;
5-12-1870 Maria BARHAM, 60, died 28 Nov, Cobbold St.  Abode ;Ipswich St.Margaret,   buried Ipswich Cemetery

9-2-1877 William BARHAM, 67, died 5 Feb, Cobbold St.  Milk Seller,   Abode' Ipswich St.Margaret, Buried Ipswich Cemetery.

I realise the age for Maria is out by about 5 years  but you never know these could be the same couple.

It could be her as there is no guarantee she was actually born in 1813, of course all this depends on the fact that I might not have her marrying the right person (a March Quarter 1839) look up should sort that hopefully.
