Hi,
I am looking for anyone with knowledge of the ALLEN/POUNCEY line.
My GGG grandfather was EDWARD ALLEN born on Island of Portland, Dorset. (no dates)
He married ANN GEALL POUNCEY  on 18 September 1817.
I have no birth or death dates of either of these people.
They attended ST. MARY'S EPISCOPAL church in Melcombe Regis.

Charminster, Dorset

Now Familysearch Pilot has this;
Charlotte POUNCY, Christened/Baptised 04 March 1787, Melcombe-Regis, Dorset
Parents JOHN/ANN
Also JOHN POUNCY 1788, Melcombe Regis

A Charlotte POUNCEY is a Witness to Edward ALLEN and Ann Geall POUNCEYS Marriage 1817.

I cant find a Ann Christened to John/Ann though!

Also this;
JOHN Pouncey, Birth 1743, Burial 14 January 1827, Melcombe Regis, Age 84
